This Website, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, software, files, and graphics found on the Website (“Material”), is the property of Evotom Media LLC. The Material also includes original works created by instructors associated with GuitarPlayground.com, new arrangements by said instructors of original works from the “public domain,” or interpretations of works used in accordance with U.S. law (Title 17, Section 107), referencing small portions of a copyrighted work for the education of our students. To further comply with the wishes of copyright holders, our lessons are written in accordance with the Music Publishers’ Association guidelines as follows:

For academic purposes other than performance, multiple copies of excerpts of works may be made, provided that the excerpts do not comprise a part of the whole which would constitute a performable unit such as a section, movement, or aria but in no case more than 10% of the whole work. The number of copies shall not exceed one copy per pupil.

Billing and Payment Policy

GuitarPlayground.com provides free-of-use and fee-obligated services. The fee-obligated services entail all subscription-based guitar lessons (hereafter: “Guitar Lessons”) found in the ‘guitar lessons’ section of GuitarPlayground.com. Access to said fee-obligated Guitar Lessons is made available via PayPal or Stripe recurring subscription.

GuitarPlayground.com offers several subscription-based membership packages to meet the needs of its visitors (hereafter: “Subscription”). All Subscriptions are paid exclusively through PayPal or Stripe, the safest ways to handle online transactions. Though very unlikely, GuitarPlayground.com shall not be held liable for any damages incurred from the use of PayPal or Stripe.

Subscriptions offered by GuitarPlayground.com are automatically renewed at the end of the given subscription term, with funds being automatically deducted by PayPal or Stripe. Visitors paying to access the Guitar Lessons (hereafter: “Users”) may view the Guitar Lessons offered by GuitarPlayground.com as long as their Subscription is in good order. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time on the Users’ PayPal or Stripe account, or through their personal profile at GuitarPlayground.com. After cancellation of a Subscription, the User will retain access rights to view the Guitar Lessons for the term already paid for.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the operators of GuitarPlayground.com for 30 days after the first payment made by a new paying customer.

Automatically renewed Subscription payments deducted from the Users’ account by PayPal or Stripe shall not be refunded, with the exception of payments due to technical malfunction.
